Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you would like to return/exchange your purchase, please refer to our return policy. Envy's Answer issues refunds to the original form of payment in the event that:

  • You cancelled your order
    • Express shipping: 15 minutes after completing your order
    • Standard shipping: 60 minutes after completing your order
  • Your order is canceled by Envy's Answer
  • One or more of your items has sold out
  • Item(s) received proved to be damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please allow up to two (2) business days to clear your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
